about me.....

Hello!!!! Welcome to my blog! I figure I should start off by telling you a little about myself....

I am originally from a Northern Suburb of Chicago. I have grown up in this town for the last 19 years and I love it! It will always be home to me! While my mom, dad, and brother still live in the suburbs; I am going to school in Chicago!

I am currently a Sophomore, majoring in Advertising & Public Relations at Loyola University Chicago. Going to college in the city is amazing...well, except for the arctic weather we have been experiencing lately. Shopping, going to sporting events, attending concerts, and going to museums are just a few of my favorite things to do in the city.

I have recently began a new internship at Time Out Chicago magazine in the city. I am sooo excited to have the position of Marketing Intern at the magazine. The office is pretty laid back and the other interns are also fantastic. Some of my tasks so far has been helping brainstorm advertisng campaigns for our Blackhawks partenership, organizing the promotions area, and We are learning tons from eachother! And I would love to continue interning at other magazines in the future.

I also spend alot of my time at events for my sorority Alpha Chi Omega! All of the ladies in my sorority are fun and extremely easy-going so it is awesome to be able to hang out with them on a regular basis.
